Trustee, Harriet Gorden recog- nized for her dedication, board members were sworn in and Montserrat Vazquez Camarena, this year's Si Wachsberger Arts Scholarship Award winner, made a presentation. The evening ended with a recital by pianist Amy Tan. served as president of the Beach- wood Arts Council for nine years, was president of the Fairmount Elementary School PTA and served twice as president of the Fair- mount Temple Sisterhood. Kelner helped to organize Beachwood High School's first college fair and has been involved in philanthropic projects most of her life. Regional High School Student Art Show and organized the DiversityFest for many years and was also instrumental in setting up the Si Wachsberger scholar- ship fund. volunteer for many organizations, a fantastic baker of treats that have been shared at many open- ing receptions and meetings, and a supporter of the arts in Beach- grandchildren, and relaxes in her spare time with many friends and her beagle, Amos. especially to our children, Mayor Merle S.
